Straightforward pricing, no surprises
Our fees are a simple percentage of the rent we collect. We never charge them on cleaning fees or taxes, and we earn nothing when a night goes unbooked. Vendor and repair costs are passed through at cost with no markup, and we never take vendor kickbacks. You'll get our complete fee schedule in writing before you sign anything.
